Key Responsibilities

• Input financial transactions accurately into accounting software.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses.
• Help prepare financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.
• Assist in generating reports for audits and compliance purposes.
• Prepare documentation and assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Help prepare variance reports comparing actual vs. budgeted performance.
