Job Description: Operational role working under direct supervision, responsible for daily customer service operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily activities and routines.

Ensure SLAs are met and proactively work to maintain service quality.

Candidate must have the below technical exposure or a strong willingness to learn.

Candidate should be available for 24x7 shifts, including weekends and weekdays.

Candidates must be ready to adhere to a standard leave policy.

Excellent communication skills and email etiquette are mandatory.
