Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and boost sales
- Understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, and drive conversions
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet targets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
