Job Description

As a HubSpot Community Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant community of HubSpot users. You will engage with community members, answer their questions, provide valuable insights, and foster connections among users to enhance their experience with HubSpot's services.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Community Engagement: Actively participate in community discussions, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to user challenges.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including articles, tutorials, and webinars, to educate users on HubSpot features and best practices.
• Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and insights to relay to product teams for continuous improvement of HubSpot offerings.
• Moderation: Ensure a positive and respectful community environment by moderating discussions and addressing any inappropriate content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot’s tools and features.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Passion for helping others and building relationships within a community.
