Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources and contribute to the coordination and administration of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal requirements.
HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing HR files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
Payroll Support: Help in payroll preparation by collecting employee data, verifying attendance records, and assisting with benefits administration.
Compliance Assistance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date employee records and assisting with HR audits.
HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee attendance, turnover, and leave balances, providing insights to the HR team.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
