Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Trainee in Warangal to join our team. This role focuses on supporting HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives, providing an excellent foundation for a rewarding career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities by managing documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to improving HR processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
