• Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or talent outsourcing firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings at once.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
