We are seeking a motivated Junior HR professional to join our client's team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career HR professionals looking to grow in the field.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Handle HR operations such as attendance tracking and payroll assistance.
• Address employee queries related to policies and benefits.
• Contribute to engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with internships are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
