The role
This role is essential in supporting the India team by managing all key People, Talent, and office administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with the UK-based People Services and Talent Acquisition Team, serving as the primary point of contact for our India team

This role is essential in supporting the India team by managing all key People, Talent, and office administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with the UK-based People Services and Talent Acquisition Team, serving as the primary point of contact for our India team
What will I be doing?
- Responding to routine enquiries relating to insurance, salaries etc, ensuring that they are escalated appropriately where required
- Regularly reviewing our policies to ensure that we comply with employment law requirements
- Co-ordination with our benefit providers
- Working closely with our payroll provider to ensure that they have all relevant information to process our monthly payroll
- Work closely with the UK Talent team to support with all new vacancy and candidate admin tasks for all India office recruitment.
- Use the company ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to review candidate CV’s, arrange interviews and make job offers to successful candidates.
- Assist with the employee onboarding and offboarding cycle. You’ll also be processing experience and relieving letters and changes to terms and conditions
- Assist with employee lifecycle events/changes, (ie probation updates, internal movers and leavers, salary increase letters etc)
- Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS (currently Iris Cascade)
- Being the go-to person for any office maintenance matters such as electricity or water issues, documentation of office bills and supervising housekeeping activities
- Preparing shipments within and outside of India
- ISO preparation where you will work closely with our Auditors
- Employee motivation and engagement activities where you will organise monthly events that typically include games, snacks and gifts etc
- Significant experience in a similar role
- A good understanding of India employment law and processes
- Experience of working with third party providers
- Good understanding and experience of using Office 365
- Excellent English and strong communication skills - written and spoken
- The ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills
- Organised approach
