Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international markets — UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, US, and Australia.
• Handle diverse roles such as Sales, Business Development, Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and more (IT & Non-IT).
• Source and attract candidates using multiple international job portals:
• UAE / Saudi Arabia: Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Dubizzle, LinkedIn
• South Africa: Careers24, PNet, Indeed South Africa, LinkedIn
• United States: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Australia: SEEK, Indeed Australia, Jora, LinkedIn
• UK region: Reed, CV-Library, TotalJobs, LinkedIn
• Conduct screening, evaluation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver quality and timely closures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in international recruitment (UAE, US, UK, or similar regions preferred).
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of global job portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
