Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and creative HR Communication Specialist (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to engage employees and support organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who has a passion for communication and is looking to start a career in HR with a focus on employee engagement and corporate communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Internal Communication: Assist in creating and delivering internal communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support HR in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop engaging content for internal communication platforms, including blogs, social media updates, and intranet content.
- HR Branding: Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent HR brand voice for all internal communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
- Surveys and Feedback: Help design and distribute employee surveys, gather feedback, and assist in analyzing results to improve internal communication and engagement strategies.
- Policy Communication: Ensure that company policies, procedures, and updates are effectively communicated to employees in a timely and clear manner.
- Digital Communication Tools: Support the management and optimization of digital communication platforms such as intranet portals, email systems, and employee engagement apps.
- Onboarding Communication: Assist in creating communication materials for onboarding new hires, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Crisis Communication: Work closely with senior HR members to assist in communication during organizational changes, crises, or other sensitive situations.
- Data Reporting: Help in compiling reports on communication effectiveness, engagement levels, and feedback from employees to improve future communication strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools or internal communication platforms is a plus.
