HR Generalist (Graduates Only)

Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to manage a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll team in processing employee compensation and benefits.

Performance Management: Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and helping set performance goals.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.

Training & Development: Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs.

Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and analyze data to support HR decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduates Only).

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
