Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored HR solutions.

Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.

Talent Management: Assist in talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and succession planning.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.

HR Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet business goals.

Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent for the organization.

HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to HR processes and initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
