Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic HR Assistant Recruiter to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in recruitment and support the recruitment process with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates to provide information, schedule interviews, and handle follow-ups.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Interview Arrangements: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Recruitment Database: Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidate information and application statuses.

Documentation: Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.

Job Market Research: Assist in researching and understanding job market trends and candidate availability.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence and preparing reports.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth in the recruitment field.
