- Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications
- Server Desktop Laptop CCTV Support.
- Routine Software & Applications Awareness.
- VPN, RDP, Web Meet & Office 365 Support.
- AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge.
- LAN, WAN, VLAN, Basic Router & Switches.
- AV, VC, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool.
- Print Server & Printer Related Support.
- MIS, Report Preparation & Documentations.
