Key Responsibilities

• HR Administration: Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring that all HR documentation is up-to-date and systematically managed. Think of it as keeping the "engine" of HR operations well-oiled.
• Recruitment Support: Play a pivotal role in recruitment by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates. Your efforts will help us identify and attract top talent.
• Employee Onboarding: Assist in welcoming new hires and ensuring their first experience with the company is smooth, engaging, and hassle-free-setting the tone for their journey.
• Payroll Support: Collaborate with the HR team to track attendance, manage leave records, and assist with accurate payroll processing.
• Compliance Assistance: Ensure that company HR policies and practices meet regulatory standards by maintaining thorough and updated documentation.
• Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing common HR-related concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
