As a Growth Specialist, you shall generating qualified leads to conversion by conducting demos, and managing the entire acquisition cycle. This role combines sales, relationship-building, and product understanding to accelerate SchoolAi adoption in schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified school leads by presenting SchoolAi product presentations to School Principals, Administrators, and School Owners.
- Manage the sales funnel from prospecting-demo-follow-up to closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with key school stakeholders.
- Share market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Update and maintain 100% accurate and updated lead data in the CRM.
- Track and report weekly KPIs and weekly sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, success, and sales teams.
- Analyze school needs and trends to refine the pitch strategy to position SchoolAi effectively.

- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data tracking.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle on-ground challenges.
Eligibility
- MBA/PG (final-year or recent graduates).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/EdTech.
- Eagerness to learn and engage with school stakeholders.
