Specialization: Print Media Design, Brand Identity, and Digital Media Design
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for various print media such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Develop brand identities, including logos, business cards, stationery, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the client's brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and design accordingly.
- Suggest and implement new design ideas and improvements to existing projects.
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive designs.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers when necessary.
- Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a design studio or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience with print production processes and requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating print media designs and brand identities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in print and branding.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design and digital media.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and practices.
