Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for various print media such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Develop brand identities, including logos, business cards, stationery, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the client's brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and design accordingly.
• Suggest and implement new design ideas and improvements to existing projects.
• Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive designs.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers when necessary.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a design studio or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with print production processes and requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating print media designs and brand identities.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in print and branding.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
