Job Overview:

The HR Executive will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department, primarily focusing on recruitment. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are enthusiastic about starting a career in HR. The HR Executive will support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Manage in generating HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
  • Uphold the company's core values: Deliver what was asked, deliver on time, deliver within budget, deliver quality, and deliver a great experience.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, particularly in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
  • Understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and promote a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
