As the Fulfillment Manager, you will lead regional operations, overseeing a team responsible for managing the visa application process. You will ensure the efficiency of operations, compliance with visa regulations, and top-tier customer service. This role demands strategic oversight, people management, and process optimization, all while driving regional growth. This is a consumer-facing position within one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the travel space and requires you to be in office for 6 days in a week.

The Job
- Lead and manage a team of visa processing officers, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of visa processing.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international visa regulations.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics, reporting regional progress to leadership.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of client data, following industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, team management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
