We're looking for a Finance Manager to pull together the accounts.for the Group Financial Control department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing consolidated general ledger accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries in ERP Oracle NetSuite under IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process within the Group entity and its subsidiaries and branches
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Analysing changes in key general ledger accounts
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it's up-to-date and latest changes in IFRS and group policies are implemented
• Improving processes to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through both automation and control measures
• Supporting financial control procedures improvements
• Supporting the launch of branches and new products
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Advising on accounting and reporting issues
  
  

What You'll Need

• A degree in finance or economics
• ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of experience in finance, audit, or controlling functions
• Excellent accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS
• Financial services experience, ideally with international aspects
• A structural and logical approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Experience within a fast growing organisation
• Great motivation and a focus on delivery
