Identify and acquire new customers through market visits, local references, and promotional activities.

Work closely with branches and cross-sell other retail products when necessary.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan disbursement.

  • Team ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of Gold Loan Sales Executives.

Set daily/weekly targets for the team and monitor performance.

Provide regular training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and compliance.

  • Market & Competitor AnalysisConduct market surveys to gather intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and schemes.

Identify local markets with potential for gold loan business.

  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.

  • Compliance & DocumentationEnsure that all gold loan applications and KYC documents are properly verified and collected.

Monitor gold valuation and safe custody protocols in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

Adhere to audit, risk, and operational guidelines.
