Identify potential customers who may need a gold loan (individuals or businesses).
Meet clients face-to-face, explain the benefits of gold loans, and answer queries.
Educate customers on the gold loan process, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new clients for gold loans.
Promote and cross-sell other financial products offered by the company (if applicable).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for future business opportunities.
Fieldwork And Market Research
Conduct regular visits to areas with high potential for gold loan business.
Research and understand local market trends, customer needs, and competition.
Collect feedback from customers to improve service offerings and increase conversion rates.
Documentation And Loan Processing
Assist customers with completing loan application forms and necessary documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation to the relevant departments for processing.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure swift loan disbursement.
Customer Support And Follow-up
Provide after-sales support, assisting customers with any queries regarding loan repayment, interest rates, or any issues related to the loan.
Regularly follow up with customers for loan renewals, repayments, and business growth.
Compliance And Documentation
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and the gold loan industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Reporting
Report on daily and weekly activities, sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Provide suggestions for improving sales strategies and customer engagement.
