Executive/ Sr. Executive - Human Resources

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with BHRs for employee induction programs and People Managers’ onboarding program
  • Coordinate and assign internal training programs in consultation with the People and Performance Manager and/or departmental managers
  • Develop training support documentation as required
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner
  • Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training records in consultation with other Human Resources personnel
  • Participate in Internal & External audits as and when required
  • Participate in the development, review, and monitoring of the Annual Training Matrix
  • Conduct training assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in LMS


What you need:

  • Should be able to coordinate and prioritize the work and avoid delays
  • Should meet Internal customer request and help coordinate trainings
  • Position based in HO, Mumbai
  • Map out annual training plans with support of LPMs and relevant stakeholders
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information
  • Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
  • Prepare dashboard, maintaining MIS
  • Use LMS to record the learning create or edit content, schedule classes, create ITEMs and program on request
  • Co-ordinate for training venue booking, travel and stay arrangements of trainers and participants
  • Invoice processing and budget mapping

Expertise

  • Should be having experience in Internal & External Audit
  • Should have experience of SuccessFactors LMS
  • Should be ready for various projects and have a willingness to learn
  • Graduate Degree Minimum Required.
  • MBA Human Resources (desired)
