• Making sure that all material movements in plant are closely monitored and are adequately recorded in SAP / IMS.
• Closely working with Plant Finance Head as well as Corporate Finance Team for accuracy of information, reporting deviations, taking exception approvals and defining processes.
• Monitoring, controlling and approving (where required) the material movement and expenses of the plant. Budgeting, monitoring, cost variance analysis and contribution in movement analysis.
• Overall Plant running cost control, analysis and providing view to relevant stakeholders, Product costing, Material consumption analysis
• Actively participating in plant projects, such as yield improvement etc.
• Inventory - valuation, analysis & reporting, Physical verification.
• Compliance of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, SOX Audit etc.

We hope that you are a ...

• Bcom graduate with 3-4 years of experience
• Experience in Inventory Management
• Monitoring inventory inwards on a daily basis and ensure timely recording of inventory
• Monitoring inventory on weekly basis and inform management about Dead Stock and items having potential risk of write-off.
• Preparation of age-wise analysis report and giving report to management of stock availability in no. of days terms.
• Leading inventory verification at regular intervals and making sure that the books of accounts are in line with the inventory physically available + usable at all times
• Accounting knowledge, Financial and cost management, Analytical skills; Stakeholder Management and Project management
