Responsibilities

- Provide a timely and enjoyable on-boarding experience.
- Take care of back ground checks completion with in TAT.
- Facilitating the induction program.
- Preparing, Updating and maintaining employee personal files.
- Ensuring mandatory documents are collected within defined time-lines and sign offs are taken duly.
- Real time updating of information in HRMS, file trackers and maintaining the audit trail.
- Timely initiation of employee confirmation and letter issuance, and filing.
- Responsible for employee facing & communication related to corporate policy and procedures.
- Supports BU managers, HR leadership and employees regarding HR data and systems.
- Communicate Organizations benefit programs in regards to plan options, enrollment and policy features.
- Assists with employee eligibility and medical claims issues.
- Assistance in New Hire Accommodation
- Assist in organizing recreational activities, company events and other employee welfare programs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills is a must.
- MBA-HR with 1-2 years’ experience in a HR generalist role.
