Should have knowledge for Calculation for drive selection as well component sizing, Hydraulic component selection of Stacker cum Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler System (Rota side, Crescent, Tandem), Paddle feeder, Twin boom stacker, Barrel reclaimer, Ship Loader, Port crane, Steel plant equipment etc.
FEA Analysis using Nastran/ Ansys static structural design/ Buckling design of different equipment’s. Experience on STAAD analysis is also preferred. Experience in EDEM software for material flow analysis will be considered as an added advantage.
Preparation of technical specification for vendor items like gearbox, geared motors, coupling, brakes, hydraulics, Winch systems, wire ropes, operator cabin, electric hoists, hydraulic jacks, Belt conveyor components-Idler, Pulleys, belt, scraper etc. Should have an analytical approach and passion for development of construction equipment.
