Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the verification process for a leading bank across the East region.
• Supervise a team of approximately 200 employees including field officers (FOS), backend staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of verification tasks.
• Travel extensively across East India for supervision, audits, and team engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  
  

Job Requirements AGM / Senior Manager (Banking Operations Verification Process) Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
  
  

Required Expertise & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of East Indias geography and banking landscape.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and banking systems.
