Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and creative Employee Engagement Facilitator to drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and connection within the organization. This role is ideal for MBA & BBA graduates who are passionate about creating a positive work culture and improving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee engagement events, workshops, and activities to foster team spirit and collaboration.

Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees, facilitating open communication and feedback channels to address their concerns and ideas.

Survey Management: Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyzing results to provide actionable insights.

Recognition Programs: Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions.

Wellbeing Initiatives: Support wellness programs aimed at improving employees' mental and physical health.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department managers to align engagement activities with company goals and employee needs.

Reporting: Track the effectiveness of engagement programs, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Culture Development: Promote company values and a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and communications.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
