Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide essential administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and payroll. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in human resources and gaining valuable experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling HR-related communications.

Recruitment Coordination:

Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Onboarding Assistance:

Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth integration.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and stored securely in HR systems.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Assist the payroll team by gathering data, verifying employee information, and ensuring timely processing of payroll and benefits.

Employee Engagement:

Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training programs, and company-wide initiatives.

Compliance Support:

Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies by assisting in audits and compliance-related tasks.

HR Reporting:

Generate reports on key HR metrics, such as employee attendance, turnover rates, and performance, to support HR decision-making.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
