Job Purpose
Leading a team to achieve business results in both sales and aftermarket support. Responsible for achieving of sales targets, market share, NPS purchase, service KPI’s, NPS repair through the team as well as through direct relationship management with large accounts/ customers.

Job Purpose
Leading a team to achieve business results in both sales and aftermarket support. Responsible for achieving of sales targets, market share, NPS purchase, service KPI’s, NPS repair through the team as well as through direct relationship management with large accounts/ customers.
Key Responsibilities
Main Activities: –
- Analyze monthly and yearly market share, market environment, etc.,
- Achieving regional sales operational objectives by implementing the business line strategy to achieve deliverables for sales & service.
- Managing sales activities like conducting sales negotiation with sales functions and growing business in the assigned region.
- Identifying new customers, penetrating competitive markets, attaining order goals and organizing seminars, shows and mailers.
- Generating order forecast, mailing list updates, formulating sales activity reports & monthly reports, offering product planning input and evaluating expenses budget & sales reports.
- Develop strong business relationship with team and drive the sales.
- Prepare sales promotions plan in consultation with the team aligned to Zone’s marketing plan.
- To drive the marketing & sales campaigns for the region.
- To drive the territory management by means of After markets sales & services.
- To achieve aftermarket service KPI’s
- To achieve Parts monthly & Annual targets
- To achieve workshop revenue.
- To achieve NPS targets on both Purchase & Repair
- Tracking receivables and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding.
- Coordinate relationships and interface with Operations, Technical Support, Product management and other functions.
- Participating in exhibits, conferences, meetings and other local, regional and national promotional opportunities
