Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Consultant (Fresher) to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources consulting and contribute to various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Consulting Support: Assist in providing HR consultancy services by understanding client needs and delivering customized HR solutions.

• Recruitment Assistance: Help clients with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

• Employee Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting sessions to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

• Employee Engagement: Assist clients in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs to promote a positive work culture.

• Performance Management Support: Help develop performance management systems and support clients in evaluating employee performance and setting developmental goals.

• HR Policy and Compliance: Support clients in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in the creation and review of HR policies.

• HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics like employee turnover, attendance, and engagement.

• Learning & Development: Participate in organizing training programs and workshops to promote employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal HR teams to provide ongoing HR support and contribute to overall organizational success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR consulting and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
