This is an exciting full-time opportunity where you will be a key player in our company, responsible for business development to expand our customer base and increase revenue. As a Business Development Manager (Field Sales), you will engage directly in the field for all five working days, driving business growth through strategic sales activities, market research, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Actively engage in field sales activities to build a customer base and increase market penetration.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies to reach targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our logistics products and services.
- Track and report key metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
