Job Description
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists support the Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Acquisition SME team, on HR administrative activities (contract, background check, pre-boarding, etc.) and recruitment administrative tasks that does not require candidate contact (candidate search, campus fair management). They provide regular and adhoc reporting on Talent Acquisition perimeter to relevant stakeholders (TA leads, Hiring Managers, HR leads). They deliver rigorous monitoring and reporting of their activities.
