About The Role

In this role as you will:

  • Take ownership of business requirements for product features based on stakeholder and customer input
  • Act as a liaison between the engineering team and Product Management to deliver agreed upon features.
  • Reviews product needs, instructions, regulations, and/or laws on medium level projects; implementing requirements documents which may include changes to software, using low to medium level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers.
  • Ensure that implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.
  • Develop and improve business processes within the technology organization.
  • Participate in short- and long-term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and software development process.
  • May translate into detailed technology needs with some guidance


About You

You are a fit for this position if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a data, technology or IT environment.
  • Experience in Audit space would be nice to have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
  • Self-motivated and willing to drive work forward with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative, strong team player and contributor, with a track record of excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with an aptitude for clear and effective communication across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, metric development, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Agile learners – Ability to learn something new.
