Job Purpose
Carrying out the functions of the Company Secretary of GMR Hospitality and Retail Limited (GHRL – 100% Subsidiary of GHIAL) and secretarial functions of GMR Hyderabad Aviation SEZ Limited (GHAL - 100% Subsidiary of GHIAL), GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Limited (GHAL - 100% Subsidiary of GHIAL), GMR Logistics Park Private Limited (GLPPL - 30% JV of GHAL), GMR Hyderabad Airport Assets Limited (GHAAL - 100% Subsidiary of GHAL) and Gateways for India Airports Private Limited (GIAPL) ( under the supervision and guidance of GHIAL Company Secretary) , which includes:
