Job Descriptions:

• Lead the study abroad branch
• Making necessary strategies to enhance the employee performance and implementing the improvements needed, engaging into recruiting the new staff and other branch development operations.
• Training for the branch staff and keeping them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices
• Achieving the maximum individual and Team sales targets and their conversion ratio as per the company’s standard.
• Engaging in building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions to expand Branch network, increase study abroad opportunities by different means and generating leads through it.
• Handling all the compliance inquiries and Retaining the clients
• Managing the branch Budget, ensuring financial Targets are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objective
• Effective approach towards the issues that may arise within the study abroad branch
