Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS SQL Server ETL Validation and Data Testing. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
• Utilize MS SQL Server for data validation and verification.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices.
• Document test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data processes.
• Oversee the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide insights on data-related improvements.
• Assist in the development of data testing strategies and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in MS SQL Server for data validation.
• Have a solid understanding of ETL processes and validation techniques.
• Demonstrate expertise in data testing and quality assurance.
• Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and cases.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
• Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
• Show ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
• Demonstrate capability to document and report test results clearly.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Certifications Required

Good to have strong SQL and Azure knowledge
