Job Title: Fleet Monitor (Data Analyst) – P1

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engg / Electrical / Data Science

Experience Level: 1 – 2 yrs

What will you do:

• This role entails individuals studying various data received from the aircraft & airlines, analyzing it to assess systems health and sending prognostic maintenance recommendations to the airlines.
• Understand the different aircraft systems like Cabin Air Conditioning system, Nitrogen Generation System, Fuel systems, Cooling systems, Control surfaces etc..
• Understand the analytic code, build & modify custom Python Notebooks & PBi dashboards to better understand the data.
• Assess health of components like Actuators, Turbines, Compressors, Sensors, Heat Exchangers by looking at the data & inform airlines to troubleshoot the same.
  
  

What you will learn:

• Understanding of various complex aircraft systems, components & the physics behind it.
• Exposure to Predictive Data Analytics methods, predictive models using Python & Data science libraries
• Interactions with airlines & providing solutions to field issues
  
  

Qualifications you must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Data Science
• 1+ years of Hands on experience of working on Data using Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib) or PowerBi
• Affinity to learn & understand aircraft mechanical & electrical systems
• Excellent written & oral communication skills, ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications we prefer:

• Knowledge of aircraft systems.
• Familiarity of working with Physics based, Machine learning & Statistical predictive models
• Exposure to Time series data analysis, feature engineering, signal processing techniques.
• Exposure to airline operations
