Responsibilities

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand presence and reputation. Ensure consist social media growth across followers, reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.
  • Digital Strategy: Assist in devising digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and optimization of content for digital channels including website, social media, SEO, and advertising materials.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft clarity etc. and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with agencies in identifying, strategizing and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with external partner agencies and cross-functional teams including regional marketing teams, Pre-Sales, CRM, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/Post Graduation degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-15 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
