Required Skills And Experience
- Strong proficiency in application development with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, understanding of .Net Maui principles is highly advantageous).
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and understanding database design.
- Proven experience in L3 application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
- Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior direct experience with Simplicity Business Software or other leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.
- Experience working on Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
