Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage task tracking, team coordination, and schedules
• Handle confidential emails, calendar planning, and communications
• Take complete charge of follow-ups with team members, vendors, and clients
• Manage personal tasks (bookings, errands, research, etc.) as needed
• Own and evolve operational efficiency across the MD’s workstream
• Gradually take over all execution, freeing the MD to focus on strategy
