Position Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the smooth functioning of our accounting and taxation processes. This role requires strong knowledge of GST, invoicing, TALLY software, and payment follow-ups, combined with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and efficient coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Position Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the smooth functioning of our accounting and taxation processes. This role requires strong knowledge of GST, invoicing, TALLY software, and payment follow-ups, combined with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and efficient coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Taxation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure GST compliance, handle return filing, generate E-WayBills, and prepare documentation for GST authorities.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track customer payments, follow up for timely collections, and resolve payment-related issues.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries to support management decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and accurate financial data.
- Communication: Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues via telephone and email.
- TALLY Software: Record transactions, generate reports, and maintain up-to-date financial records in TALLY.
- Computer Skills: Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for accounting tasks and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (additional certifications in taxation/accounting preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws, GST, E-WayBills, debit/credit notes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in TALLY software for recording and reporting.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills (telephonic and written) with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
