Help us scale our security function by aligning cross-team initiatives, tracking OKRs, and driving clarity across engineering, IT, and leadership. This role blends strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain security program calendar timeline and updates
- Build KPI dashboards from 3rd party tool outputs, ideally automated
- Track progress on audit remediation, engineering security workstreams
- Facilitate security committee meetings, and executive weekly reporting
- Ensure consistent documentation and communications
- Partner with recruiting and People teams on hiring, training, and vendor onboarding
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in technical program management, PMO, or security ops
- Familiar with Agile and/or Scrum delivery frameworks for application teams
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and documentation
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to security/IT programs is required vs generic program manager
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
- Worked in high-growth and self-starter environments
- Understand ChatGPT and prompting
