Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will own the design experience of SAADAA's website. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing website experiences that improve customer engagement and business performance.

You will work closely with the Website, Growth, Product, and Development teams to design new pages, improve existing user journeys, and ensure a consistent design language across the website. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving user problems through thoughtful design and thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Design intuitive and visually appealing website pages that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Work closely with the Website and Development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to improve website experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and consistent design patterns.
• Ensure all designs follow SAADAA's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams on new website initiatives and landing pages.
• Continuously improve designs based on customer feedback, analytics, and business goals.
• Deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines while taking complete ownership of projects.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites or digital products.
• Strong experience using Figma and other design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Skilled at creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for delivering quality work.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website or digital product design projects.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of UX research, customer journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or Shopify is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows is a plus.
