- Receive and issue construction materials as per site requirements.
- Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Verify materials received against invoices and delivery challans.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the Real Estate/Construction industry (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Experience in handling construction site stores preferred.
