What do we expect:

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Principal Python Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation frameworks, particularly with Ansible and Python, and will be a key player in resolving complex automation challenges while driving best practices across the organization.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation solutions using Ansible and Python, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative automation features that align with business objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that sets a standard for quality within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of automation processes across various platforms.
• Identify and rectify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for code quality, organization, and automation methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation strategies and tools.

What you should have:

• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in Python, with a proven track record of developing automation solutions.
• Expertise in automation frameworks, particularly Ansible, with the ability to design and implement complex automation architectures.
• Familiarity with Git version control and other collaborative development tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset to tackle challenges effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent within the team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
