Primary Responsibilities
- Source SME loan business through DSAs, DSTs, and other market channels.
- Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
- Monitor and adapt to changing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and policies within the Retail Banking function.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and operational efficiency.
- Support the delivery of high-quality customer service through process improvements and team enablement.
Education
- Graduation: Full time graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SME loan sales or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of retail asset products and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage sales channels and drive business acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
