Job Description
Dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive responsible for supporting and leading business development activities, bid management, client coordination, and proposal preparation. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing tender processes, coordinating with technical teams and consortium partners, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. Candidate should possess strong proposal management capabilities, communication and coordination skills, and experience in consulting, infrastructure, development, or professional services sectorsLocation of Job: Sonepat

Work Experience: 5–6 Years
Candidate Profile: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution with 5–6 years of experience in business development, proposal coordination, or bid management. Candidate should have a strong understanding of tendering and proposal preparation processes, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. Experience with consulting firms, infrastructure projects, development sector assignments, donor-funded projects, online procurement portals, and coordination with international experts and consortium partners will be preferred. A candidate should possess leadership qualities, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional, result-oriented approach.
