- We're looking for a Warehouse Shift Incharge to manage Operations for our Warehouse in Haryana.

- This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC. You must be based near Sonipat.
- Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
- Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
- Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
- Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
- Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.
- Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- 3-6 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel for ground-level execution.
